Privacy notice for candidates
What we collect
Aramco Test uses this careers site to receive job applications: the details you enter, your CV, your answers to job questions, and, if you are invited, your online test answers and interview times.
Who sees it
Only the hiring team at Aramco Test. Internal notes, scores and rankings are never shown to candidates. A national ID, when asked for, is stored encrypted and shown masked unless someone with access chooses to reveal it; every reveal is logged.
AI is used in this process
AI-assisted tools may read your CV and your test answers to help the hiring team organize and review applications. AI never rejects anyone or moves an application by itself: people make every decision. AI does not see your name, photo, age, gender, nationality or contact details when it scores.
Online tests
If a test uses proctoring, you are told before you start. Photos taken during a test are deleted after 60 days and are only seen by the hiring team.
AI interviews
In an AI interview, questions are read aloud and you answer by speaking. Your voice is turned into text for the hiring team. Recordings are deleted once they become text, unless you are told before you start that they are kept for a set number of days. You agree to this before the interview begins.
How long we keep it
If you are not selected or you withdraw, Aramco Test keeps your application until they delete it, or until you delete your account.
Your choices
From your candidate account you can withdraw an application, download a copy of your data, or delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your login, profile and CV, and anonymizes your applications.
