How does the chatbot know what to say?
You upload documents, paste web pages or connect your help center. SupportBot answers only from that content and shows the source, so replies stay accurate and on-brand.
What happens when the bot can't answer?
It says so honestly, collects the visitor's contact details and hands the conversation to your team.
Does AI decide who gets hired?
No. AI reads CVs, tests and interviews and gives advisory scores with reasons. People on your team make every decision.
How does the AI interview work?
Questions are read aloud, the candidate answers by speaking, and the answer becomes text for your team. Candidates agree first, and recordings are deleted unless you choose to keep them.
Do I need Zoom or Teams for interviews?
No. Video interviews run in our own secure video room. Candidates join from their portal.
Can I use only one product?
Yes. Start with Support or Hire and add the other any time with the same account.
Is my data secure?
Each workspace is isolated, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is never used to train shared models.
